Prepare your organization for the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD)

In partnership with Shift, we are offering a Sustainability Regulation Clinic to help you prepare for the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and strengthen your approach to sustainability reporting and due diligence across regulatory frameworks.

Through seven interactive online sessions, you will gain practical insights, expert guidance, and the opportunity to learn alongside peers.

Understanding Sustainability Due Diligence Regulation

  • Get clear about the substantive requirements of the CSDDD.
  • Examine the EU Forced Labour Regulation (EUFLR), other issue-specific due diligence legislation, and emerging national requirements.
  • Understand the links between due diligence and reporting expectations, especially the ESRS.

  • Learn about governance, accountability and decisionmaking processes that can work across functions, making efficient use of existing data and systems.
  • Be “future fit” for new related regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Phase 3

Reflection, Next Steps and Shared Learning

  • Work with peers and Shift to crystallise learnings and headline guidance for businesses.
  • Engage one-to-one with Shift experts on next steps or a key challenge your company wishes to explore in more depth.
